I think I emailed you last week that Sam Kelly’s house was bulldozed and not a trace remains.

This event has brought and outpouring from the community about why it was not saved.

The community association is interested to find out what can be done to stop such happening again.

Are you part of the council’s heritage committee? And do they have any ideas about increasing the heritage levy and getting council to provide an incentive for private owners of heritage buildings to preserve them?

I would appreciate your thoughts on this,
