April 2026:
The tear-down of a former Sunshine Coast Council chambers and administration building is under way, as it makes way for a new public precinct.
Work has started on the removal of the facility at 77 Bulcock Street, which will be replaced by a town square known as the Caloundra Community and Creative Hub.
